Bat 9 Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

To open an account on bat 9, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is not allowed and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not share them with anyone. You are required to notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

The bat 9 platform may only be used for entertainment purposes; any commercial or unlawful use is strictly prohibited. No content, software, or design from the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior authorization. Users may not engage in any harmful, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other members. Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems or technical infrastructure will result in immediate account termination and legal action. All gaming activities must be conducted honestly, and no form of fraudulent tactics is permitted.

All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and every deposit and withdrawal request will go through a verification process. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals, and failure to complete this process may delay payment processing. bat 9 reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual transactions and may temporarily suspend an account if necessary. Any transaction associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately cancelled and the relevant authorities will be notified.
